Valentina Capozzoli-Hadland, RN, BSN, AGPCNP, AAMEP

Valentina Capozzoli-Hadland, RN, BSN, AGPCNP, AAMEP, is a nationally recognized injector and experienced healthcare professional with over 40 years in clinical care and top-tier management. At Sag Harbor Skin & Aesthetics, she combines her business acumen, nursing expertise, and passion for medical aesthetics.

For the past 16 years, Valentina has trained healthcare professionals at the esteemed Esthetic Skin Institute, specializing in the safe and skilled administration of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, and Sculptra. As a business consultant, she assists medical practitioners in integrating aesthetic services into their practices and proudly serves as a state representative for the American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals.

Valentina's journey in medical aesthetics began in 1980 while she worked as a private nurse for Dr. Norman Hugo, Chief of Plastic Surgery at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. She shares, “As a nurse who’d spent years caring for patients who were very sick or dying, it was incredibly fulfilling to work in a field where patients left feeling happier and more confident after treatment.”

During her tenure with Dr. Hugo, Valentina advanced to the role of Director of Nursing at Unity Health Care, managing the placement of over 5,000 private-duty nurses before being promoted to Vice President of Operations in 1987. She later co-founded the Anti-Aging and Family Wellness Group in Southampton, NY, with Dr. Caroline Fierro. Valentina continues to excel as an advanced practice nurse injector, collaborating with esteemed plastic surgeons such as Dr. Joseph A. Eviatar in NYC, Dr. Daniel Brauman in Harrison, NY, and Mauricio De Maio, MD, as a KOL trainer and at Trifecta Med Spa in NYC & LI, along with her role as the principal of Face Body Plus located in Southampton, NY, and Boca Raton, Florida.

Growing up in East Quogue, Valentina has been dedicated to treating aesthetic patients across the region from Montauk to Manorville. She frequently commutes between Florida and New York and is a valued addition to Sag Harbor Skin & Aesthetics.
