Dana Stern, MD, a board-certified dermatologist, specializes in medical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology and is renowned globally for her expertise in the diagnosis and surgery of nail disorders. Dr. Stern is an assistant clinical professor at the Icahn School of Medicine in New York. Her peers continuously nominate her for The Castle Connolly “Top Doctors” List, “Exceptional Women In Medicine,” and “Super Doctors.” On the East End, she has been a Dan’s Paper’s Best of the Best winner.

 

As a nationally recognized dermatologist, Dr. Stern has lectured at the annual Council for Nail Disorders conference, the American Academy of Dermatology, the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, and the Dermatology Society of Greater New York and is a regular invitee at grand rounds lectures at several teaching hospitals. 

 

Dr. Stern has published several book chapters, original studies, and articles in the medical literature, including The Journal of The American Academy of Dermatology, The Archives of Dermatology, Journal of Drugs In Dermatology, Dermatologic Clinics, and Psoriasis Forum.

 

Since 2013, Dr. Stern has lived full-time with her husband and three sons in Amagansett. Dr. Stern has year-round office hours at Sag Harbor Skin & Aesthetics and is excited to continue to provide the highest standard of dermatologic care to the local East End community. Follow her on Instagram.
